Dr. Privitera states that oleuropein was found to inactivate bacteria by apparently dissolving the outer lining of microbes. A Japanese Doctor of medicine has for the past 38 years been researching the functions of the movement of Oxygen in the human body. What is it?
Far Infra Red rays are an integral part of the sun’s spectrum, and though invisible it has been known for many years as the ’Light of Life’ in Korea, Japan and China, where the advantages of the FIR rays in therapeutic use first became common.

Since then Thermal Infra Red heating has been used extensively in Europe and USA and the health benefits assessed and reported on. You may at times have used an infrared lamp as an aid to recovery from back pain or sprains and muscle lesions.

The sun emits FIR energy that is absorbed by human cells, causing a physical phenomenon called ‘resonance’. Are all FIR saunas the same?

Operating Instructions
a) Plug in the power socket. No other appliances should be connected into the same socket.
b) Press the ‘Power’ button once will activate and show ‘00’ in the LED display window.
c) Press ‘Timer’ button to preset for10, 20 or 30 minutes. This will turn the heater & FIR.
d) Press ‘Foot’ button will turn the heater & FIR for the foot pad. After 10 minutes should the foot pad be too hot, you can move your feet to the sides or press the ‘Foot’ button again to turn it off.
e) If using to warm your body (for competitive athletes) closing the zipper all the way up is optional. Closing the zipper all the way up to your neck is for full sauna effect thus heats up your body faster.
