Warranty, Service & Returns Policy

WARRANTY/SERVICE

For any warranty or service enquiries please contact us with details of your claim/enquiry. Please include your contact details and purchase details, including the name that the warranty is registered under or the name that the product was originally purchased under.

RETURNS

For returns and refunds you must contact the reseller from which you originally ordered from before returning your product/s.

They will then provide you with instructions for repair/return in Australia.

UNUSED PRODUCTS

If the product is returned unused we will refund the full amount paid for the returned goods less the original freight cost from the warehouse to the customer’s delivery address.

On the condition that product/s are returned

  • within 28 days of purchase
  • at the customer’s expense
  • via insured courier or post
  • in new/saleable condition
  • with all parts/accessories/manuals etc,
  • free of any defect, damage, wear,
  • in it’s original packaging (if the packaging has been destroyed, the product cannot be returned).

USED PRODUCT

If the product is returned used we will refund the full amount paid for the returned goods less a restocking fee of 20% of the product retail price, less the original freight cost from the warehouse to the customer’s delivery address.

On the condition that the product/s are returned

  • within 28 days of purchase
  • at the customer’s expense
  • via insured courier or post
  • in new/saleable condition
  • with all parts/accessories/manuals etc,
  • free of any defect, damage, wear,
  • in it’s original packaging (if the packaging has been destroyed, the product cannot be returned).
